1. All persons have to register and login for ordering on the site.
2. While registering we need your basic personal information Name, Address, Contact number etc. for processing your order
3. All registered customers may receive promotional communication and newsletters related to Gramarajya Trust ( R.), or Shree Ramachandrapura Matha.
4. All the prices of the products are specified it may be MRP or less than MRP if specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices of the ordered date, but the items will be billed as per the date of billing. Normally it will be same as ordered prices. If any difference in prices higher or lower as per the bill will collected or will make refund at the time of delivery.
5. If any customer at the time of delivery if due to any reason not satisfied with the quality of the product we will take return no questions asked. You will get the full amount refund for the returned products.
6. Even after receipt of the products if you have any complaints regarding damage/quality/price/any other type please contact Gramarajya customer care and by phone/email, describe about your complaint within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods with proof of purchase. After review we will arrange to return/replace the product if required.
7. The image of the photos displayed are only for reference purpose, but the packing type/colour may be different than what is displayed.
8. We are not responsible for delay in delivery/non delivery of order due to wrong address/contact number, incomplete address/contact number, you’re not reachable/not attending calls when our delivery team is trying to contact you for delivery schedule, Door closed/ customer not in specified address, or any other reasons which is beyond our control.
9. Gramarajya Trust ® will deliver directly your order or it will be delivered by nearest Gramarajya authorised shops.
10. Make sure while receiving the order check all items, Quantity, are received as per bill if any difference please bring to the notice of delivery person.
11. Gramarajya Trust reserves the rights to cancel the order any time and if received amount we will return the amount through bank transfer.
12. Gramarajya Trust can change the terms & conditions at any time without prior information.
13. All disputes are subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
